After some thought on the topic…things i'd like people to know about me. I am a mother, wife, lover, student of yoga, teacher of yoga, daughter, sister, and enthusiastic student of life itself. I try to culitivate light and love in every thought, word, and deed, though truthfully some days it's easier than others. I am devoted to the nuturing of my spirituality and bliss having recently followed the direction of many great sages by trying out names for g-d. I practice mantra and yoga everyday, and my mediation currently consists of many mini meditation moments of sinking into the pure bliss of reality in every moment. I am excited about the community Zaadz is creating, and feel very fortunate to be a part of it.
